CLASS OPTIONS
YOGA FLOW
A 30 or 60 minute intelligent and inclusive yoga flow based around music and filled with joy, curiosity, empowerment and anatomy. Every class moves intentionally and incorporates a through line of challenge while cultivating space for gratitude and self reflection.
KINSTRETCH
Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion. It is the "veggies" of your fitness routine and will help you reduce inflammation while creating optimal joint mechanics. It is highly specialized strength training working within the ranges of motion currently available to you. In 60 minutes we incorporate “Controlled Articular Rotations” aka CARs, programmed strength training for creating and controlling new ranges of motion, as well as breath training. All levels welcome.
SWEAT & STILLNESS
A hybrid of yoga based strength training, light weights, cardio bursts, stretching, and guided meditation all in just 45 minutes. This class was created as a way to utilize time and energy in a way that provided a feel good workout and space for true reflection and presence. Nicole brings her energetic sense of humor, training expertise, and heartfelt meditations to S&S each week. *This class lives on demand as it has been archived from the live schedule as of 2022.
GUIDED MEDITATIONS
Ten minute guided meditations from self worth to sleep. Nicole has recorded a catalog of meditations ranging from self worth to yoga nidra and isometric breath training. There are a variety of audio meditations appropriate for teens as well as adults. She will be adding to the meditation library in the months to come.
